Here is a little video with the making of :)

We're just back from another successful field trip to the Crana Bridge in Buncrana, Inishowen, Co. Donegal. We've been planning and preparing for our own wee tribute to the athletes from Ireland competing in this years paralympic and olympic games. After a couple of attempts and a left a wee bit, right a wee bit, we think that we were 100% successful :)

This shot is straight from the camera! Light painting with wire wool, a bunch of step ladders, good balance, a long exposure and no photoshopping of any kind! As the Olympic motto says: "Citius, Altius, Fortius!" / "Faster, Higher, Stronger!" So from all the team at the Buncrana Camera Club to all the team from Ireland... "Adh mór foireann na hÉireann!"

Regards

The members of the Buncrana Camera Club
